Warf 5 mg Tablet is an anticoagulant which is used to prevent the blood from clotting. How to use Warf Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. warf 5mg usesTablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Avoid Warf 5 mg Tablet with Vitamin K rich food such as spinach, collards, broccoli, spring onions, cucumber and dried basil.
